Refunds If a participant cannot attend a lesson, 48 hours notice must be given. If you do not give 48 hours notice, full payment will be taken. Anything outside the 48 hour window will be given a refund in full automatically. Payments All swimming sessions must be paid for prior to the start of the session. Payment can be made by card online when booking, or by cash only at the venue (Wigton Baths). The 16+ Swimming Lane Session is payable at the venue by cash or card. Cancellation policy If a participant cannot attend a lesson, 48 hours notice must be given. If you do not give 48 hours notice, full payment will be taken. If cancelling sessions becomes a regular occurrence without justified reason, you may be removed from The Swimming Bee sessions altogether. If the instructor must cancel a lesson due to illness, pool closure or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement lesson or credit will be provided.
