Privacy policy

What we collect. When you book a lesson we collect your contact details, the swimmer's details, an emergency contact, and health or additional-needs information that is relevant to swimming safely.

Why we collect it. To arrange and deliver lessons, to keep swimmers safe, to contact you about your booking, and to keep accurate records of consent.

Health information. Health and additional-needs information is stored separately from your ordinary booking details, is restricted to the instructor, and is never included in emails or shareable links.

Consent. Photography and video consent is always separate and optional. Declining does not affect your booking, and you can change your choice at any time.

Retention. Booking and health records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted according to our configured retention period.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing theswimmingbee@gmail.com.

The owner can replace this text with a tailored policy from the admin settings area.
